Mark D. Pierce is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. With commercial pilot certification in single-engine and multi-engine airplanes, an instrument rating, and an active flight instructor’s license, Mark has a depth of experience in aviation issues that gives him unique insight on the legal responsibilities of manufacturers, pilots, air traffic controllers, owners, operators, maintenance facilities and others in the aviation realm.

Richard L. Bischoff is Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has tried numerous cases for consumers, and has gained extensive expertise in holding dealers and manufacturers of Recreational Vehicles (RV’s), cars, and trucks accountable for misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices.

Todd Clement devotes a substantial portion of his practice to cases involving catastrophic trucking collisions and represents trucking victims throughout the state. Todd was recently recognized by D Magazine as a 2009 Best Dallas Personal Injury Lawyer. Todd is also a lifetime member of both the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
