John Jose
John S. Jose leads our Fort Worth office. He has practiced personal injury trial law since he was admitted to practice in 1981, handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases arising from oilfield accidents, electrocution accidents, gas explosions, heavy truck collisions, construction accidents, defective products, food borne illnesses and other acts of negligence. He came to Slack & Davis from Jose, Henry, Brantley, MacLean & Alvarado, a firm he founded in 1984.
Mr. Jose received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978, and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1981.
He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (Director), Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association (Director), American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Jose is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Specialization and has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Product Liability, as well as The Best Lawyers in America and Texas’ Best Lawyers. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, based on peer reviews for ability and integrity.
