Sanger Named Chair, AAJ Aviation Law Section

Slack & Davis managing partner (Dallas office) Ladd Sanger has been named Chair of the Aviation Law Section of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). The Aviation Law Section focuses on major air crash litigation and studies federal legislation and treaties to ensure that those injured in air tragedies have avenues of recourse and recovery. Sanger’s position became official at the AAJ Annual Convention held in Vancouver in July 2010.

The mission of the AAJ is to promote a fair and effective justice system – and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.
