Slack & Davis at ABA TIPS Aviation and Space Law Conference

Slack & Davis attorney Paula Knippa will be a featured speaker at The American Bar Association’s Annual Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Aviation and Space Law Committee conference, being held this year on October 22 - 23, 2009, in Washington, D.C. This interesting and informative two-day conference will cover legal aspects of aviation accidents from the initial on-scene investigation through trial or settlement.

Paula’s topic is “Recent Developments in Aviation Law,” a discussion that will analyze recent aviation cases from both sides of the bar. Diane Meyers of Perkins Coie, L.L.P., in Seattle, will co-present from the defendants’ point of view.
